We will be accepting the first 200 sellers who register online using the registration/login link. If you are a first time seller, you will need to register first and then login to begin entering your items. If you are a returning seller, just login using your username and password you created when you first registered. Be sure to register fast as slots fill up quickly.
Sellers will sign up using the registration/login link to drop off their items on any of the following days and times:
The sellers/consignors presale will be Tuesday, March 16th from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm. If you are a seller and volunteer at least one three hour shift, you will be eligible for the volunteer presale which will be Tuesday, March 16th from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm. All sellers and volunteers who come to the presale will be able to bring one friend with them.
There will also be a presale for volunteers and sellers to take advantage of the 50% items on Friday, March 20th. Volunteers will be able to come between 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm and sellers/consignors between 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
Sellers will need to pick up any unsold items on Saturday, March 20th from 6:00pm - 7:00pm. If all unsold items are not picked up between this time, they will be donated to a local charity. If you are donating all unsold items there will be no need to come during the pick up time.
Checks will be mailed on the Monday after the sale is over. There will be a $7.00 seller fee deducted unless you volunteer to work for at least two 3-hour shifts and then it will be waived.
The last day to register to be a seller and to enter your items into the system is Monday, March 15th at 11:59pm. After this time, the sale will be LOCKED and no more changes or additions can be made.
